To further enhance staff understanding of the company’s product range and improve the professionalism of sales, technical and service personnel when communicating with customers, Changzhou Huishang Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. organised an internal product knowledge-sharing session. The session focused on the company’s existing product categories, with presentations covering product features, common applications and key areas of customer enquiry.
During the discussion, the relevant personnel outlined key considerations regarding usage scenarios, installation requirements and product selection for various products—including the WP/WPF series, WDF series, KSD temperature controllers and magnetosensitive switches—based on their specific features. Through case studies and on-site discussions, staff were able to gain a clearer understanding of the key issues that customers focus on when seeking product advice.
This session focused on practicality rather than complex theory, centring instead on product issues commonly encountered in day-to-day work. Key topics included how to make an initial distinction between product models, how to describe the operating environment, how to record customer requirements, and how to report exceptional circumstances to technical staff.
