Structural Features:
The YK-type pressure controller uses a butterfly-shaped metal diaphragm as its sensing element. When the pressure of the controlled medium rises to a certain set value, the butterfly-shaped metal diaphragm undergoes a sudden buckling and snaps back to its original state, pushing the actuator rod to close (or open) the switch contacts. When the pressure of the controlled medium drops to another set point, the butterfly-shaped metal diaphragm suddenly snaps back to its original state, causing the switch contacts to open (or close), thereby achieving pressure control. This product features a compact size, low cost, safety and reliability, ease of use, and a long service life.
